No.1 Indiana thumped Purdue to retain the top spot. No.2 Miami didn’t have it as easy. They barely squeaked by Virginia Tech on Sunday. It will be very interesting to see how things play out in the ACC tournament.

Kyrie Irving wowed Duke fans for just 11 games during his lone year in Durham and he has continued that level of play in NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers’ point guard made a statement on Saturday night by posting a 23-point round en route to a win in the 2013 Three-point Shooting Contest.

The Gonzaga Bulldogs ripped apart their conference foe Saint Mary’s. Gary Bell Jr., Kevin Pangos, and Kelly Olynyk led the Bulldog attack. Look for Gonzaga to be a dominant force come March Madness time.

The Blue Devils were losing all first half, but they came alive after half time. With Plumlee in foul trouble for a majority of the game, the rest of the Devils stepped up. Quinn Cook had a great game, being a solid floor general and delivering with 18 points.
