A few weeks ago it broke that Duke and North Carolina were starting to look at 2014 Mississippi guard Devin Booker. Now it seems that Booker will be visiting each school next weekend to watch each of Tobacco Road’s finest. About these ads
It isn’t the McDonald’s All American Game, but the Jordan Brand Classic has been approaching the levels of the most renowned high school basketball all-star game for the past few years. The roster for the 12th annual all-star game sponsored by Michael Jordan’s company was announced Tuesday and Duke recruits Jabari Parker and Matt Jones […]
Last year I was running my own basketball recruiting site after the 2012 Hoophall Classic sparked my interest in high school basketball. Around this time, ESPN’s Dave Telep came up with a little game that would lead one to create their high school basketball dream team using the ESPN 100 rankings.

The games are different but the product rarely changes as Simeon proves time and again that they are one of the best high school basketball factories in the country.
For the first few minutes, the crowd Blake Arena waited with baited breath for that moment when Jahlil Okafor, the No. 2 player in the class of 2014, would bring the house down. Just moments into the first quarter, Okafor obliged by throwing down one of his five thunderous slams on Day 3 of the 2013 Spalding Hoophall Classic.
This weekend is the Spalding Hoophall Classic in Springfield, Mass. and some of the best high school basketball players in the country will be in the building, facing off on one of the biggest stages there is. Great high school players like Kevin Durant, Ty Lawson, Nick Johnson, Kyrie Irving and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist have all […]
